The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts is delighted to confirm Neil Rippington as the new chair of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Education Committee.


Neil is well-equipped to take on this role with his previous senior education roles at UCB, Colchester Institute and Sparsholt College, his work with Harvard University, and his new role as Global Director for Education with the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM). Neil is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Subject Expert with Ofqual, an honorary member and Principal Examiner for City and Guilds and part of the IfATE board working on vocational education and apprenticeships.


We are looking forward to working alongside Neil and are grateful for his continued support of the academy and his dedication to continuing the academy’s role and responsibility in this area – the academy’s biggest focus.
