Leading the hospitality profession by example - shaping its future through education.

Leading the hospitality profession by example requires The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ members to work within the sector to help secure the future through the education and training of young people.

Shaping a future through education involves recognising and rewarding talent and skill within the industry, raising standards and awareness of food, food provenance, cooking and service through example and connecting like-minded people who support the Academy’s ethos.

The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts was founded in 1980 and is recognised as one of the UK’s leading professional associations of head chefs, pastry chefs, restaurant managers and quality suppliers.

“There is a natural journey through the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, from as early as primary school working with Adopt a School all the way to achieving a Master of Culinary Arts award”
