We interviewed Connor Farrer, Chef de Partie Restaurant Sat Bains - Young Chef of The Year in 2018. Connor was a Specialised Chef apprentice at Bournemouth & Poole before joining The Ritz where he trained for the AAE under John Williams. Connor subsequently won and went to Mexico and then joined Thomas Kellar at Per See in New York before returning to the UK.
