SEVERN & WYE SUSTAINABILITY VISIT - Monday 23th May 2022
With enormous thanks to Academician Greg Nicholson and Associate Members Severn and Wye with Dai Francis and Richard Cook we will be holding our first Sustainability trip to visit Severn and Wye Smokery.
We hope to to learn how they have made their business as Sustainable as possible and what tips and tricks you can take with you to make your kitchen and business more Sustainable.

The day will consist of a factory/site tour, smoked salmon and eel tasting.
Followed by lunch and a talk on Sustainability from Richard Cook
We hope (weather permitting) we will also be able to partake in an elver release.
