The unique line-up will see leading chefs Chris Galvin and Jeff Galvin MCA, John Williams MBE, Philip Corrick and William Curley MCA, cooking with their protégés: Emile Galvin, Adam Smith MCA, Ben Gielen and Alistair Birt to cook an inspired four-course menu with matching wines. Didier Aniès MOF will be joining Philip Corrick and the RAC team. Students from Bournemouth and Poole College, University College Birmingham, Westminster Kingsway College and University of West London will also join the chefs' teams.

The evening will feature a champagne reception, raffle, entertainment, and an auction of exclusive prizes.

All proceeds from the event will help Adopt a School continue to provide primary school pupils with a good food education, equipping children with practical cooking skills and a knowledge of healthy eating, food provenance, and sustainability.

Individual bookings can be purchased at a rate of £130 per ticket. Tables of 10 will be sold at a permanent discount at £1100.
